In the design and construction of powder spray cabins, LBtec Indufinish is not linked to any particular brand or system. Characteristics of the product to be treated, the spray application technique required and any possible customer wishes are central to every choice we make.

Stainless steel or PVC is used as raw materials. The accepted advantages of stainless steel are its anti-corrosiveness, hard surface and the fact that it is easy to clean. However, PVC cabins designed and manufactured on our own premises have the same or more qualities. These PVC cabins are made from sandwich panels 120 mm thick. The PVC surface, in combination with static qualities, makes possible an extremely short cleaning time. Cabins are available in different construction, colour changing times range from 10 to 15 minutes, including cleaning of pistols and cyclone.

LBtec Indufinish is the sole Benelux dealer in Scheuch cyclones and filters. These products are way ahead when it comes to recovery and efficiency. All accompanying equipment, such as vibrating sieves, powder containers (PVC possible), powder pumps and powder centres, can be integrated into almost every installation.
