The optimal range of extracted air volumes and the automation ratio of the Speedbox are determined in close consultation with the customer. These data form the basis for the engineering.

In the production of the various high dielectric strenght plastic parts CNCcontrolled machines are used. This makes it possible to work very accurately. The application of especially finished dielectric plastic and the workmanship of our certified plastic welders guarantee a very smooth surface. The adhesion of powder
is further reduced by the application of sandwich panels. Naturally, the booth is standard provided with seamlessly integrated lighting and doors.

The Speedbox is entirely built up in one of our modern workshops. To restrict the number of location-hours to a minimum, the Speedbox is transported as a complete system, if possible.
