The powder volume in circulation has been reduced as far as possible in the Speedbox. This is an important condition for a quick colour change. Besides, the Speedbox disposes of a fully automated floor cleaning system, so that there is a minimum of powder in the booth during spraying. An additional benefit of a minimum of powder in circulation is the possibility to spray a series with relatively little starting powder. The quantity of waste powder is strongly diminished in this manner. Finally, a small system volume contributes to a better quality. Due to this, the ratio of recycled/new powder is many times more constant than with a booth without automated floor cleaning. The automated floor cleaning system is
