LBtec Indufinish designs ovens with a working temperature between 35 and 300º C. The drying and polymerisation processing of water, wet coating, powder and electro-deposition stains fall within these temperatures. Timber, PVC, steel and non-ferrous metals are heated until the coating is dry and hard. The heating system used depends on the type of coating and the energy sources available. Constant heat in the oven and active air venting in the product transfer openings are key to the drying and enamelling process, and both elements are a major influence on the use of energy. LBtec Indufinish ensures that energy use is limited to a minimum through the engineering of air distribution and air vents. Stock varies from room ovens to walk-through and cassette ovens. Drying ovens are also included.
